Full Journal pdf2018-05-10 House Journal Page 3657 SB 185 The following, which was moved to the bottom of the calendar (page 3649), was before the House in second reading: 2018-05-10 House Journal Page 3658 CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 185(EDC) "An Act relating to reemployment of persons who retire under the teachers' retirement system." Representative Tuck moved and asked unanimous consent that CSSB 185(EDC) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSSB 185(EDC) was read the third time. Representative Ortiz moved and asked unanimous consent to abstain from voting because of a conflict of interest. Objection was heard, and he was required to vote. The question being: "Shall CSSB 185(EDC) pass the House?"
